Address by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the People of Kazakhstan - a program to improve the prosperity of the country.

On January 30, a meeting chaired by mayor of Astana Imangali Tasmagambetov took place with participation of the bodies of active functionaries with intent to discuss the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev to the people of Kazakhstan called "Socio-economic modernization as main vector of development of Kazakhstan ".

The preface to a discussion set the pace where mayor of Astana Imangali Tasmagambetov underlined: "This Address is special one wherein the Head of State noted that a new stage of Kazakhstan way has started which offers new challenges to strengthen the economy and improve people’s welfare". The very name of the Address to the people of Kazakhstan as of January 27, 2012 - "Socio-economic modernization as main vector of development of Kazakhstan" - provides the answer to what is the main goal of state policy. In total, the discussions involved 7 representatives of different areas of social and political activity, among them the director of the National Scientific and Medical Center, the deputy of Astana Maslikhat Abay Baygenzhin, rector of the Kazakh Humanity and Law University Marat Kogamov, head of the department of information technology of Astana Akimat Daulet Sadykov, president of Lokomotiv Kurastyru Zauyty, JSC Marat Tleubayev. All the speakers expressed high opinion of the President Address to the people of Kazakhstan declared on January 27, and made aware the attendees of the latest developments in their field, proposed solutions to problems, and shared with the plans for the future.

In his speech, the President of Lokomotiv Kurastyru Zauyty, JSC Marat Tleubayev noted that it was the implementation of ideas of the Head of State which led to that now Kazakhstan achieved unprecedented success in all spheres of social development: “Annual Address of the President to the people of Kazakhstan is a program of progressive step toward prosperity and well-being of our country. Each year Elbasy presents new specific tasks, not only to the Government, but to every citizen of Kazakhstan, the tasks which do not fail to impress by its scale, relevance and foresight" - he stressed.

Also Marat Tleubayev talked about what issues and goals are of the highest priority for LKZ JSC today. He pointed out the positive results achieved by the young company in 2.5 years of its existence. Mr. Tleubayev on behalf of the company thanked the Leader of the Nation for comprehensive measures of state support of industrial enterprises such as the plant of locomotive production.

- For our country, which is taking firm steps on the path of industrial-innovative development, not the first year, the support of the Head of State is essential. I extend gratitude to the President for the attention paid to us and express confidence that with him we do build Kazakhstan of which we dream!
